good - but problems developing From: oakman Date posted: 10/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   1. generally nice apartmens and grounds 2. good location, good maintenance 3. becoming too crowded and much more construction continues, too many SUV's make parking difficult 4. Starbuck's is nice but is often very crowded and creates parking congestion, customers do not obey No Parking signs 5. way too many dogs allowed 6. poor sound insulation - banging doors, noise between apartments, noisy pool area 7. relatively high initial rents and little flexibility when renewing 8. overall quality of tenants seems to be declining - trash left around, vandalism, theft, dogs not cared for properly, etc.
