With this only 8 yrs new property, they already have so many constructional problems, repairing is going on everywhere. Maintenance team responded fast when problem occurs but doing so low that already took 8 days still not finished yet, very disturbing for coming in and out through my apt. Lease increased 100 bucks more even we signed one yr lease. Staffs are nice in oaks but other leasing offcies have cold and mean staffs like Pine.... SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

8 years??????? Wow you lived there before it was built. How's that? I moved in 2002 and it was still under construction.

it's because you lived in the newer buildings, don't you know they have so many buildings that even now they are still building more ??? do some research before you post your reply! don't confuse other renters, i just say what i have experienced in this apt property...
