A noisy place for the money

This place is large and also noisy. I'm not sure they can actually manage a place this big. My biggest problem is noise in the middle of the night. Getting a good night's sleep is sometimes a challenge. The noise comes from neighbor's stereos and the rec center TV sets turned all the way up at 3 am during workouts. Also, the many dogs in the place are overwhelming the park in the middle. I think we should get more for the money we spend here.
