I have been here for almost a year now and really like it. I haven't had any problems. The staff is extremely nice and the one time I had a maintenance problem, it was handled fairly quickly. The grounds are well kept. I haven't so far had any problems with noise or anything like that. The lease renewal increase was not that bad, $90 on a 1600 lease.
