I find that the amenities at The Oaks, such as the gym, need a major overhaul. The gym equipment at the Oaks is much older, and smaller, compared to the facilities at all the other complexes in North Park. At the price that I am paying, I do expect more from my complex and wish that we had the same kind of amenities that other buildings at North Park have (nicer gyms, pools, public shared areas, etc.). The Oaks also suffers from constant construction and repair, something that I'm not seeing in the other buildings. However, I am still giving The Oaks three stars because I am fine with my own individual apartment, which has no major problems that I know of thus far.
