We have been resident in the oaks for a while and still do not why they have hired people there with an bad attitude. Never smile to customers. Everytime we call for questions, they answered with an attitude. The parking basement with bad odor and dirty. The carpet is old. This is far away from meaning luxury. We regret to move in here with over 2 thousand dollars rent. I hope they have a chance to read all of this comments posted here. If you pick up the phone, call them and ask for an available appartment, you will see how they answer, then you know what I mean.
