Oaks at North Park

Love this place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Okay, I agree that the rent is high. But rent is high everywhere in the bay area. When I was searching for apartments a few months ago, the rent at North Park was quite comparable to apartments elsewhere. When we signed our lease they let us know that there would be construction. They also let us know that when the construction is moved to our area of the complex that we will get a $500/month discount off rent. What I love about this place is that pets are allowed, the apartments have great upgrades, the park, and the beautiful landscaping. Our part of the complex is also very quiet. You have access to all facilities within North Park and the common areas are resort-like. We have lived in many apartments and this is one of the best.
