Oaks at North Park

Move in about 6 months ago From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I move up to the bay area about six months ago with my fiancee for a new job. Found the Oaks to be quite pricey compared to other places in the bay area. Cons: Pricey I live in a one bed one bath for 1600 , In the middle of contruction projects throughtout the community complex, lots of residents with their odorous pets and most of the residents are older with family so too quiet. Pros: Great neighborhood, seems safe and clean for the most part, the managers at the oaks are really responsive and quick to fix a maintance problem within 1 day (i can't speak for other NorthPark aparmtents), good location and good amenities (large gym, multiple lounges with pool, barbeques and indoor basketball court). This is just one opinion and though I would make the seem choice again I am still planning to find a house next year and stop pouring money into someone else pockets.
