You will be fooled like the rest of us. When touring the Oaks, you greeted by nice, friendly, accomodating staff. You are shown a model apartment on the opposite side of construction. When you sign the lease you are asked to provide every bit of information as well as obscene amounts of money. Once you sign that piece of paper, every level of service is completely gone. Every single leasing agent at the Oaks is pretencious, rude, and blames every problem on you. Maintenance staff is helpful, but if they arent scheduled on day where you have a maintenance related problem, you are screwed and must wait until someone is scheduled. There is constant construction that disrupts every aspect of your day, not to mention the cat calls received. The rent is average for silicon valley, but for that amount you should at least receive common courtesy from the staff. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Agree, and I lived there in 2005. Leasing staff WONDERFUL on the promises they can make, but maintenance staff and fulfilling promises HORRID.
