Good and Bad at all apts

I've lived here at Oakwoods for almost 2 years now. Maitenance crew is fast and responsive (w/in 24 hours). However, when they fix things, it is often a temporary band aid (not sure if it's to save money or they really dont know how to fix things). The walls are quite thin. I have Corporate Apts on both sides of me so they are not always occupied but when it is occupied and someone is on the balcony, you can hear everything. Windows are paper thin and provide no form on insulation. The fitness room is quite nice. The pool area often has too many kids running around. Dog owners in the complex don't always pick up their dog's droppings.
I've had 3 pairs of jeans stolen from the laundry room. Front desk staff is hit/miss..there ARE some friendly ones and some who aren't.
I think my dorm room walls/ceilings were better insulated than this place.
One redeeming factor is the landscaping is great! Groundskeepers do a nice job of keeping it clean.

I used to live here. The walls are NOT thin. This place was built back in the 60s/70s when construction was better. You can hear people upstairs, but you get that anywhere you live.
The floorplans are great! Lots of room and big walk-in closets.
