Oakwood Apartments

Oakwood - Not as it seems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   When first entering Oakwood San Jose, you are lead to believe you going to be living in paradise. Don't be misled. I had a leak in my ceiling that was neglected by maintenence for weeks, leading to a giant crack and water dripping into my apartment. When they did finally fix it, I was let back in to the apartment to find they had not cleaned up properly, washed paint brushes in the sink, left plaster on the carpet. Four star complex' I think not. In the last three months we have had the entire complex lose water and management never gave an explanation. Beware....
