Nice place, excellent staff, noisy neighbours

Well, we have been living here since 4/2006. We like this place. I will try to be objective to rate this complex. So
Positive:
-gated community (sometimes gates are broken but not for long time)
-well-maintained complex. We had three requests (refrigerator change, hot water leaking, heater fixing) and all of them were fixed immediately
-staff is excellent (we contacted at least 4 people and all of them were proff). Especially, Kristine. She did the best and we rented apartment with folded bed, lamps, comp desk for the unfurnished apartment's price!!! Does not it mean poor staff!' And, of course, just before moving in we got new carpet!!
-we never had problem with parking here
-clean on the floors
Negative (I promised to be objective):
-noisy neighbors. Actually, this is community for young people and it makes it more live. We understand that and NO complaints about pool noise, basketball, BBQ. But, air-conditioning and dogs!!! Please someone, explain me WHY PEOPLE USE AIR-CONDITIONING WHEN OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE IS AROUND 0 CELSIUS''''' Their conditioning for cooling ONLY!!! Also, neighbors DO NOT take care of each other. I am not sure this is problem for Oakwood's ones but WHY PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE ALONE''' They speak (before 8-00AM or after 11-59PM!) so loudly if they were in the middle of 1000 acres field and they were alone! I always call them CULTURELESS people.
-couple of times I saw rats
-grass trimming is around 7-30AM. How is that' For me it is not OK!
We have to move because of family circumstances. Despite of all negative, this is very good community.
