Lack of Management skills From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Experienced unprofessional management skills and lack of organization skills, forgetting scheduled appointments that have had been confirmed with tenants. NEVER AVAILABLE NEVER! They Never Follow-up on maintenance work orders if there completed or not. Sending three day notices to wrong tenants on a continuous basis. Lack of customer service skills is very very unprofessional for someone that should be a Great Asset to Eden Glen Housing as well as Ohlone Chynoweth Commons. Not presentable for a property manager that represents a large company. Other than management it is a pretty nice place to live. The Lightrale is walking distance, parking area's are gated, landscaping is maintained, good community center, pizza place, salon and convenient store.
