The current property manager is unruly, out of control and needs to be replaced. Drugs and alchol are common place and kids are out of control......

Why is it that poor people are such screwed-up parents...I thought of moving here, but on my second and third visit I noticed all the hoodlum types hanging out and decided to figure out how to pay $400.00/month more in rent to live where those junky's parents are priced out...
