It's been six months since moving out and thought of sharing my experiences with you.
Having been one of the first residents of the complex, we experienced just about everything you could think of. But overall, it is one of the best apartment complex i've lived in.
if you're thinking of this place, keep in mind it is brand new and as such has many potential problems with plumbing, parking, residents and neiborhood noises. Every so often we would hear noises from generators in the middle of the night from some poor tenant who's apartement had literally flooded. Thank godness it never happened to us.
On the plus side, the BBQ area is state of the art, the appliances are top of the line, and the interior decor of the apartemetns are classy. The gym on the other hand, could be larger, but with it being a relatively small complex, availability if not a major problem, and you get to see the ocassional hotty too.
The pool and hot tub are always open and well kept, and the grounds personnel are very respectful and efficient.
Office staff have always been quick to respond to any problems and easy to get along with.
But as they say, all good things must come to an end and so we've moved on to better things ... all the best!
