I am very disappointed with this apartment managgement. At first I thought, what a nice place to live. All that fooled me. UPS send a package that was very important and left a note that they left it in the office. When I went to the office, the guy told me that the package was not there and that it was delivered at a different facility. I asked him why they left the note on my door to pick it up at the office. I then called UPS and they game me the name of the person they left the package to. I ent to the office again and the same guy told me there was not such a person working there. Then he changed his mind and said UPS had delivered numerous packages and the person signed for those and not mine. I asked him how he knew that. The was no answer. I then called UPS and they said they had only delivered one package to the office that day. I then called and he said they can't find it and to wait till fri to ask the lady that signed for the package what she did with it. He then hanged the phone. This was a very careless, ignorant way of dealing with this issue. This was very importand documents and I have to pay a fee for duplicates and a fee for shipment again. There are reasons why we use overnight deliveries. I had recommended some friends to move here, guess what, I can't wait to move out myself. Just because the apts. look nice, doesn't mean the people that work there are mature!

That's scary to know this happened since I live here as well. I'm disappointed about this place. Yes, don't judge this place on the outside alone...it will fool you completely. I've left messages with a few concerns and no one calls me back. I'm already starting to look for other places to live when our lease comes up to be renewed. Oh and just because this place is gated, doesn't mean people can't get inside. I see people wait by the gate until someone comes along that needs to get in. Then that car or person goes right through with the resident that is approved to go through.
