One Pearl Place

One reason not to move here... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   You cannot get HDTV. This place has a contract with SBC Home Entertainment which provides DirecTV to all the apartments. Thing is, the satallite dish is an older one that cannot recieve HD signals. SBC and One Pearl Place have no plans to upgrade the satallite dish. Because of the contract, Comcast cannot provide cable either. You can put your own dish up but just about all the first and second floor apts dont have correct line of sight for the dish. Of course I did not know this until I moved in so my HDTV sits mostly unused now :-( I plan to move out after my lease expires. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
