Wonderful place to live in

We have lived here for half a year and really satisfied. It's quiete, beautiful, new, reasonabally priced, and floorplan design is elegant. I'm thinking of moving out only because my wife got a new job. But when looking for new apparment I realized it's very hard to find such a place as good as this one. And I love the big pepper tree. It's gorgeous.
I guess many people come to read reviews to look at problems, not compliments. I'll list a few:
-- The appartments facing 85 may be a little noisy, though not serious, so said one of my friends. I don't live on that side so I cann't feel it. Some other appartments have all windows facing north, not attractive for sun lovers. But anyway you choose what you prefer.
-- If you have have lots of junks, then better look at the floorplan carefully before moving in. There may be enough storage but may be a problem too.
-- Some guys complained about response of maintenance. Well that's somewhat true since we only have one guy working here with a part time helper. But Gary is a very nice and very patient guy. He listens to you and talks to you. Just ask him and he'll get rid of the problems. The complex is pretty new and basically worry-free. By the way Ms. Gary cook very good brunch every first weekend in a month offered free for tenants. Very delicious. :)
-- Onepearl has 100 units, so you can imagine the fitness room and other equipment is not that advanced. The swimming pool and spa is of the good size I think.
-- We have a section 8 appartment complex neighbor. I never had problems with them. I saw children playing outside now and then, but I still feel safe to park my car outside. Talking about parking, we do have one assigned underground parking space, and adequate gated parking spaces for, but I still prefer to park on the street since it's closer to my appartment.
