One Pearl Place

Lived here for several years and I love it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have never had any problems since the day I moved in. Maintenance always does their best to meet my requests and one time when I requested one thing to be fixed they noticed I had two other items that needed repaired and fixed them. They now have a new maintenance person that is on top of it all. Along with doing the basic job they have repainted everything and are always keeping the stairways and hallways spotless!!! Today I walked over to the office and once again they have planted new flowers everywhere. I never seem to make it to workout as I had planned on when I moved in so I'm not sure how that is but I met with a few friends in the club house today and it was so nice sitting next to the fireplace as it was going. As you can guess now they want to always meet here. The office staff is very helpful and friendly and I love the new coffee machine, it makes a fresh cup of coffee for each person WOW! I want one of those things at home. Anyway I can't say enough about the place except check it out for yourself.
