enjoyed for 1 year, screwed up after From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   For the year we stayed there, we really enjoyed it. As for the downside, they seem to play the same trick every year. We got out apartment with a discount of something like $150-$200. They raised our rent when the lease was about to expire (ours was raised by $200 if we sign a new agreement by a certain date, and more if we don't). We heard one of the managers implied that it was going to go back on discount once we move out... Before we moved to there, I'd seen some previous reviews talking about rent raises but didn't pay attention... In addition, once you move out, they really love to replace carpets for whatever reason. When we were looking at apartments, they showed us 2, and in one of them they were replacing all of the carpeting. An year after, it happened to up too.
