Hidden Bargain From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/15/2000 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   Orchard Park is good if you have kids because it's gated. The parking situation is good if you only have one car. I would NOT recommend parking on the street as I have experienced theft. Despite car theft, the neighborhood is appears safe. The apartments are located in a residential neighborhood and is very close to the freeway, stores, gas stations, and schools. It is clean, quiet, and the neighbors keep to themselves. You can have your own washer/dryer in your apartment which makes laudry more convenient.
