Orchard Park Apts: The place to live.....That's the question...

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007

Management does not discpline any of the children which are destructive. The laundry room is not a play ground but the children often play in there and break both the washers and or dryers. The noise level is outrageous as people party all night long with out respect for others which are trying to get some sleep. I've had a leak in my bathroom sink and the cabinet underneath. I have "Mold" under the sink area and maintenance/management refuses to repair and clean the leak and mold. This is a gated community but residence are able to keep the gate open all night long...There's no safey and care for any of the other residence living here. I could keep writing but will run out of space.
