Orchard Park

Bush just called: Orchard Park has been declared a disaster area! From: orazio71 Date posted: 5/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   The question below asks me whether I would suggest this complex to a friend--Hell, I would not even suggest it to an enemy. I had to provide them with a CIA-like background check, but when I moved in I noticed yahoos all over the place and a run down complex, not to mention how overcharged it is. Sure, the staff is zealous when it comes to the 16 inches of paperwork before you move in, but after you move in they disappear, especially when you have an issue. The apartments are so out of date they look like a set from the Rockford Files. The only thing up to date are the rent prices. If you want a run down complex, completely overcharged, with police in the parking lot constantly, not to mention maniac drivers, and screaming, unsupervised children at 11 p.m., then move in. Oh yeah, the only thing that works less than the staff is the security gate, which makes you sit for 10 minutes clicking the button.
