out of control parking problem From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   My Apt is decent and I don't feel it is very noisy but parking is a big issue. You get 1 spot per apt and are told that guest CANNOT park on the property.If somebody parks in your parking spot they will do nothing about it. I have asked to have cars towed from my parking and they just told me that they don't have a tow company. Even though they threaten to have your guest towed away if they park on the grounds. So basicly anybody off the street can park anywhere they want and get away with it.If you want to avoid parking issues move next door to shelter creek or cherry creek they tow vehicles when they park in a tenant's space.
