Drugs, no plumbing, and no hot water From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   If you want to see people smoking crack in your parking spot when you come home, move here. If you want to walk into a dark and unlit parking lot at night or in the morning, move here. If you want to take cold showers or even no shower when you wake up, move here! This place has become an unmanaged slum. You never know when you will have hot water or even water.You can count on the plumbing going bad.You can see undesirables roaming the grounds and knocking on doors. NO security. Hey! you can park anywhere because they will not tow(thats nice). You are never notified when the water is going to be turned off. The people that rent these places need to live here. That should be a rule. I remember when a slum lord was ordered by a judge to live in the same place he rented. THat is what should happen here.Other than that everything is fine!
