Orchard Ridge Apartments

This is Gross Apt. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   The maintenance here is so slow as well as the management. The managers from 2003-2004 were so horrible that if you report something not working they will not do anything instead they will tell you, well it was working before. Duh, instead of doing something they try to blame it on you. That is why it is called maintenance because facilities need to be maintained, checked and repaired because they do not last forever. Parking is so terrible. Generally esp for 2 room apt., there lives at least 2 people; how come they only give you one spot and there is no extra parking spot for u or guest. This is the only place that has no sufficient parking space for residents inside the complex and no guest parking. Are these guys complying with the planning requirements of the City for apts' If you plan to have visitors, you have to tell them to park at least 1 mile away from the apt complex, bec. that is the only available space they can find parking. There are no social events as well, or raffles or any greetings from management during holidays. This is not a good nor ideal community at all. Just find another apartment.
