I waited for four months before writing this review. I have been looking for a flaw, and have yet to find one. The grounds, buildings, amenities, and units are all top notch. They have invested a lot of money in landscaping and it sure shows. Noise' I haven't notice any unusual volume levels. On the contrary, it's relatively peaceful for a complex of this size. I agree with the reviewer before me about one issue. If you do not like hearing kids having a good time at a park playing and laughing, then this place is not for you. That reviewer probably feels those kids would be better off inside their apartment playing Playstation.
From the day I moved in, the leasing staff in the front office have been exceptional. Suefani was helpful moving me in after my original agent messed up my move-in dates. I understand that agent is no longer employed there. Good move management! Leslie has also been very helpful. She is so attentive to the needs of not just her clients, but all that live here. She exibits a true passion for making people feel welcome. Antonio, the maintenance supervisor, is great. You need something fixed, it gets done. I had three little requests that were not urgent, and all were addressed within 24 hours.
I did notice that there was a car break-in down in the garage. The guy lost his stereo. Security is definetly present in the evening. I guess if someone wants something bad enough....
Overall, I would give Santa Palmia and it's staff 5 Stars for the wonderful job they have done in providing a clean, safe, and beautiful living enviroment.
