Incompetent Office Staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I have been here for three years and over these three years I have become less and less fond of the staff at santa palmia. I know you must be thinking, Well find somewhere else to live, I think this time Ill have to. I just hate moving and this apartment is my commuter home since my house is pretty far from work. I have complained to the staff about trash areas being filthy and the only thing the office did was to brush me off. And most recently I have been dealing with them about my park spot in the garage. When I first moved in my spot was blocked off because of some sort of leakage, and I was told by the office to use another spot until my original was fixed. So I did, except now after 2 years I am told to use another spot because the one I have been using was recently reassigned to someone else and my original hasnt been fixed either, talking about incompetent and unorganized people. I think Santa Palmia tends to hire the most unprofessional and undesirable workers in its field. So if you are considering Santa Palmia, then RECONSIDER unless you are up to dealing with unprofessional and rude staff.
