Palm Valley is a beautiful place to live!!!! I highly recommend it. From: OlgalovesPalmValley Date posted: 9/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived here at Santa Palmia for approx 1 yr. and 8 mo. and have loved it. It's safe, it's beautiful, and it's clean. The management here has gone beyond the call of duty to assist me in so many ways. My neighbors have always been courteous and friendly. And the maintenance staff is great--very efficient, kind, and hard working. Please let me share one story in particular: I once left my purse next to my car in the parking garage (I had a bunch of groceries and forgot I had put it down)! It was my purse with all my credit cards and $100 cash. Someone turned it in to the office. The office manager came to my door to deliver it to me personnally. All of this happened before I even knew my purse was missing!! For sure, I would recommend Palm Valley Apartments to anyone who wants to live in a nice, safe, beautiful place where management is helpful, neighbors are nice, and maintenance will take care of you. It's been a God-sent blessing and I'm thankful. So I wanted to share this others.
