From: morrissey.lvr@gmail.com Date posted: 11/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Okay, I lived there a couple years ago, and have friends STILL living there. I have stayed in a few different complex's, and being 100% honest, this is the BEST apartment complex ive stayed at! TONS of parking, nice area, close to: mall, hospital, park; and is breath taking to look at from outside. I lived there for a yr, grad college; and moved into a home. You get all these people on here, making these asanine comments about their horrible expereinces. GET OVER IT! Its a ----en APARTMENT! You get what you pay for people! They ALL have good's and bad's, but its the people who complain bout the most LITTLE things, that are ----en nuts! Go get an education, get a good paying job; AND BUY YOUR OWN DAMN HOME! Now that im through venting about these dumbshits, let me get to the negative about Palm Valley. They were pretty miticulous about inspecting everything ( as they should be ) beacuse i moved into a BRAND NEW unit. Sometimes the security was scarse, and i did get a little agro about my upstairs neighbors. The price is pretty high, but again, you get what you pay for. All in all, i LOVED it! Had good times and bad times there. I will always remember my time there, and im sure you will as well. If you dont belive i was a REAl tenant, email me... morrissey.lvr@gmail.com and ill prove it! And i have never and do NOT work for anyone at Palm Valley.
