Overall, I loved this apartment complex but the sound and vibration from the self closing doors was enough for me to move. The slam was so loud that it startled me and the baby every time someone let the door close automatically. It might be fine once or twice a day but if you have someone constantly going in and out, that might cause some serious frustration. If this Apartment complex fixed the Slamming Door issue, I would give it Five Stars.
