STAY AWAY! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Lived there for a year. Maint. was called AT LEAST once a month. MAJOR water damage in my RESORT LIVING apartment from a leak upstairs, they took FIVE days to replace carpet, after I had to insist due to forming mold spores, and didn't even give me a break on the rent. Ruined some of my possesions and instead of replacing they cleaned and ruined apair of 400$ suede shoes. Couldn't believe that I was actually upset'''''' When I sent an email asking when to expect the balance of my deposit, I rec'd a snotty little response stating they have 21 days. You can find less expensive, more accomidating EVERYWHERE!!!!
