The apartment units and grounds are superb. They appear to replace the flowers every 2 weeks. The units are well constructed and well maintained. Maintenance requests are fixed very promptly. The maintenance staff is very reasonable.
Management is decent, but is nothing special. They really do sqeeeze you for all the money they can, trying to find that fine line between a tenant willing to stay versus moving out. You pay for what you get. These are luxury apartments. I found their rates to be *significantly* above average in the area by hundreds of dollars. They appear to give okay deals for those moving in, but poor deals for renewals. Again, you do get a very nice place to live.
Neighbors can be noisy, but in violation of the rules and therefore they can be dealt with formally through the office. Give it time, plenty of notices, and the problem will go away.
Move out expenses were very reasonable if you are a very clean tenant. If not, then you'll have to pay for someone else to fix it up to the immaculate state it was when you moved in.
In short, I loved the apartment there. It felt very safe (especially with its alarm system). Parking is decent. The place is immaculate. However, you pay the price.
