Nice grounds, clean apts, good office manager, staff marginal From: plasticpony Date posted: 2/8/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   There is a lot to like about Palma Sorrento. The grounds are very nice, location is pretty good, and price is reasonable compared to high-end apartments in Cupertino and elsewhere. Overall, the office management is average. The office manager is actually very nice and intelligent. She is very good at managing conflict - an important skill given the policies she has to enforce. Her strengths are unfortunately offset my marginal and occassionally rude staff that work for her.
