OK but nothing special From: rs68 Date posted: 10/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Pros: - Newer complex - good amenities including central AC, w/d in apt, garage - decent value for the money - maintenance was very responsive on the one occasion I needed them Cons: - seem to have a high staff turnover - the gates don't really do any good. I often see people in the complex that look like they don't belong - can be noisy sometimes with cars squealing tires, car alarms going off, slamming doors, neighbors with subwoofers and no respect for anybody else - they allow dogs so expect to hear dogs barking at all hours and people out walking their dogs so they can crap all over - I have a garage and one car so parking is not an issue for me but I am lucky because I can see that there are never any parking spaces available by the time I get home from work Bottom line is I like this place and I think most of the residents here are good people but I will be moving due mainly to noise issues. Management in their zealousness to get apts rented tend to put up with a lot of noise from people with annoying subwoofers and barking dogs. It doesn't seem to be getting any better so I'm outta here.
