Seemed perfectly fine to me.

In general, seemed like a perfectly nice apartment, and I would have stayed longer if not for commute distance becoming a problem. Bit on the expensive side, but a nice apartment. My experience with the office staff was generally positive, and even more so for the maintenance staff. Then again, I never tried to put anything on my patio (they have "policies" as to what you can put there).
One thing that may not be obvious before you move in: the garages are kind of a pain. They're slightly awkward to park in, my garage door opener stopped working on several occasions, and the garages are shared so it's mostly security theater rather than an actual security benefit (like the gates). Surface parking is generally full, unless you want to park on the street (which fills up during the day from the park across the street). I seem to recall there's actually a policy which states that you have to actually park your car there instead of just filling it with stuff, but the person with the garage next to mine did just that for a couple of months.
Can't speak to noise from people above, as I didn't have anyone above me (I had one of the 2nd floor apartments with no one above them), but other than the noise from the grounds crew once a week or so I couldn't hear much of anything.
