Hostile management From: drdavis71 Date posted: 1/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Be aware that the management at Parkwest are extremely hostile, rude, and unpleasant. They do nothing if it is not writtten on the rental agreement. If there is any kind of complaint, they automatically assume guilt and say you are violating your rental aggreement. Other than that the grounds are clean and the apartments well maintained. There some issues with hot water on occassions and my car has been vandalized/broken into 3 times. If you move in get an apartment on the lower Lancaster side across from the park closer to Ross Ave. Homeless people and drug dealers linger around the parks public facilities on the Camden side.
