Part 1 of 8 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   This website summerizes what we write when we write large reviews - often missing important pieces of information. So this is first in a series of reviews: The new management (Metric properties) is terrible in comparison to the previous management company. Even the staff has admitted that this new company makes it much harder to pay for necessary repairs. Most notably: the new property manager is not very responsive to tenants needs. Her overall attitude does not seem very professional. The previous manager was indeed a wench, but at least she took care of business. To be continued ...
