Wait a While Before Things Get Bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/27/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   To the person who said he has had great experiences with Pavona...maybe you have it lucky because our neighbors on all sides are noisy and we can hear everything because the walls, floors and ceilings are very thin. And what about getting something fixed' Well, I am assuming you got lucky because nothing I have ever asked for has gotten fixed in a reasonable amount of time (4 weeks to get something fixed is NOT reasonable). I don't know what you did to get such great luck with your apartment, but I wish I had it. This place is sorely lacking in professional management and I can't wait till my lease it up.
