Bad Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 2 responses   I lived at Pavona for 1 year and here is my 2 cents. A lot of people think that you almost always find bad reviews at these websites. But I'm fair and will say that since management is a very important factor to me in deciding where to live. My biggest issue at this community was the people that run it. Positives - Good Location - Clean/safe community - Maintainer staff is very nice Negatives - BAD management---> They are extremely nice and accommodating when you are signing the lease, however, when you request to fix things or exit your lease, they are never available and will be very difficult to speak to on any issue. I found both the managers running this community to be extremely unprofessional and very rude (------------------------------) - Security Deposit---> Pay as little as possible, since they will find any and all ways to use your deposit and might even charge you more for things that you are not responsible to fix uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
