please advise From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have just sign an apartment with reasonable deal. the management called me up two days later, telling me that the unit which i selected had already been rented by other tenant who signed the application slip before me (of course, i do not know how true it is or they want to increase the rental cost). They asked me to select another unit with the same plan and telling me that they are unable to give me the same price. the new unit are more costly. I think it is not right for them to select another unit yet paying higher rental. I still have the application slip. so please advise me on the tenants rights. is there any tenants association in santa clara county beside the San Francisco tenants association' thank you. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
