Pros:
* New * Lots of light * Nice pool, nice gym * Park is nice, with BBQ grills and stuff * Seems pretty safe
Cons:
* Declining services-- cable reduced in the gym from extended to basic, access to Club Room totally cut off (this is a biggie) * Rent goes up BIG TIME when lease ends, ours went from 1600 to 2000 for a 2 bedroom * Hidden Charges-- garbage and water is $30/mo. their cable TV is expensive $60/mo. PG&E is higher than other complexes because each unit has a water heater * Parking can be a problem. 1 assigned spot, hard for 2nd car. * Smell of garbage in elevators and parking garage.
Some of these people on here obviously didn't do their homework. There are disadvantages that should be obvious BEFORE you move in:
* The surrounding area is dead after 6pm. Of course, it's all offices. * Construction noise. Of course, there is noise when buildings get built.
