In regards to "This Place Sucks" From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I just have to say that I find it funny that people that pay their bills late whine about penalties. When I was looking for a place to move- yes there were cheaper places. I do believe you get what you pay for. If you want new, you pay more. Your rent isn't going to go down beacuse you don't use the pool. I must agree the area is dead-BUT that's plain to see. I work at Cisco so its close. I love the space,and the landscape. I don't like the smoke detector in my kitchen that goes off every time I boil water. I live on the top floor so I don't hear noise. I'd recommend it to others.
