This complex is very busy, noisy, and expensive.
I lived here for over a year, and couldn't wait to leave.
Noisy: I had an end unit, and was woken up on many occasions by the neighbor below me blasting music at 7am. The courtyards are very noisy, and people leave their dogs out on the balcony to bark all night - which spreads a bad rap for all of the courteous dog owners. The pools are packed with kids every evening and weekend. For the most part, I had to leave my windows closed with AC on to block out the noises, cigarette smoke, and food smell from the neighbors.
Ammenities: The computers in the business center were constantly out of service, and were infected with viruses. Someone stole the ink and paper out of the printer, which was never replaced. The stationary bike in the gym didn't work.
Maintenance: They never showed up to my appointment.
Parking: I had one assigned space, but guest parking was nearly impossible on weekends. The assignments are not always respected, as people parked in my spot occasionally.
Security: The gates are commonly propped open, and the door in the garage is not even locked. I had rent-a-cops waking me up at night asking about noises'
Deposit: Say goodbye to your deposit, because you'll never see it again! They will nickel-and-dime it away when you leave. Also , be prepared to pay $3k to break a lease, and you'll have to pay back any 'free' rent. If you stay off lease, you'll be paying $500 extra per month in rent for month-to-month priveledges.
