Pines at North Park

Noisy. Way too expensive. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The complex seems to be very nice from outside. The bldg. material used is very cheap quality and the units are very noisy. You can hear all kinds of noises from your neighbours. The price is ridiculous for a place like this. Parking at pines seems to be ok. We have two cars and always found guest parking spots. There is construction going on right now which is very noisy and inconvenient. Construction vehicles always blocking you going in/out of the parking garage. Overall, it was worth staying only when they had specials running. Now the price is absolutely ridiculous. You are better off renting a town house for that kind of money. I will not recommend to stay here.
