nice floorplans/grounds but very bad management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   floorplans and grounds are nice. management is very poor/unresponsive/rude at times. rent is bearable upon move-in, but renewals are through the roof. many very large dogs are off-leash (even though there is a supposed 50-pound limit, i see 90-100 lb plus dogs every day off-leash). my dog (medium sized and ON a leash) and I have been charged by large dogs off-leash at least 4 times in the past month. recurring problem with sugar ants. i have to move out because it is ridiculous.
