We've been here two months and I'm ready to move.
Using someone else's format...
The good:
* Pretty and safe area; nice looking campus and things in public view are kept well... behind the scenes the dumpsters in the underground parking and around them overflow and smell and trash is left everywhere for days.
* Our apt had just been renovated so it is in great shape. No complaints other than not enough cabinet space in kitchen.
* Convenient location.
The bad:
* NOISY AS HELL unless you live COMPLETELY away from one of the streets!!! And gardeners start as early as 7 a.m. They stop when I walk out and start screaming at them, but by then I'm wide away.
* Neighbor noise is ridiculous too! Not well insulated.
* Dog owners not walking dogs on leashes (big and small), some quite aggressive. When walking my small dogs (on a leash) we were charged by a large dog (not on a leash).
* Dog owners NOT picking up after their dogs. Again, it's not all dog owners as I always pick up after mine and I see other responsible owners doing the same. Some though, just don't care.
* Unless you have a parking spot in the garage, you will RARELY find an open parking spot.
* Fees to rent the club house are ridiculously expensive.
* Dog deposit was ridiculously expensive ($600 per dog), plus a monthly dog rent per dog. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Just hate these appartments...would truly not recommend living here ..they charged us 3000 bucks for cleaning....when u call somebody for maintenance they would first scold u of being charged and then would do the task!!!their job is to do the work!!!people dont dare go to pines..its the worst
