GOOD From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I have lived @ Plaza Maria for 2 years now and have had a rather pleasant experience thus far. Yes, you do have your teenagers who tend to be disrespectful, however, I often wonder if it's the adults'' At any rate, the staff is great...safety: "okay" for Downtown...parking: "okay," if you're on the street...rent: "okay," as it has been increasing and we have not seen any MAJOR reasons for the increase (lower rates for washer & dryer, better water quality...'')
