Good Apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2005   I have been here 9 years. I have seen four managers come and go. The latest one tends to the property better than the others. There are security cameras up. Though there are many children and I think that the bad teenagers are mostly out of here. There are several tennants that have lived here 9 years. The rent isn't bad. They have two, three and four bedrooms available. Mostly two bedrooms though. They do have a community room and after school study and homework club. Washer and Dryer on two floors. Location is ideal for freeway access to the 280. It is located downtown, and there tends to be accidents on the corner of 3rd and Reed. Parking is by seniority. There are parking stalls and some parking garages (one car and tandem). The kids do make a mess out of the place but not anymore than other apartments downtown. Some parents let the children play outside in the courtyard all afternoon and that can be loud at times. Many little children now than before with the teenagers which is better now. There are two grounds keepers which help on the trash situation. Vending machines in the lobby. In the time I've been here I have seen some pretty bad tennants come and go (whether be arrested or evicted). Though the second floor has many good tennants that have lived here the longest.
