Staff generally cares about keeping it's residents. Most have lived here for quite sometime but with recent rent hikes some have left. It is under rent control. If you are noisy you will asked to leave if you keep it up. The ammenities aren't breathetaking but they are there and in working order. Parking can be a pain if you get there in the evening a bit late since there aren't assigned parking spots, but worst case you park far way. The walls are thin but neighbors are willing to hold things down if you ask. Depending on who you talk to in the office things will get done that next day or so, otherwise expect to bug them. You are close to a laundry mat if the ones here aren't available. Shopping is really close also. The complex is wired for wireless dsl through reflexcomm.com

The worst thing about this place is the bar next door which tends to be loud and they like to throw bottle over the wall between us.
